Excellent. I will compile a list of people that commit some resources to
the project as well as what type of activities they will be doing.  

I expect that all of our communications will take place on this list and
that there will be the other activities from the conference on here as
well.  The volume of email will serve to maintain a nice level of
excitement.  However, we may at some point, find a need to tag our
subject lines with the a name for each activity.  We'll play it by ear
for now.
