Hi,
I would suggest OSHCA to use an Internet hosting company. Then there is
no headache of hardware, bandwidth et al.
For example, PMI Malaysia Chapter hosts its website using shinjiro.com's
hosting service. For 100GB space, it only cost RM290 per year and comes
with a free domain name and other goodies.
